The collaboration, established through ICT Distribution’s local entity, New Tech ICT Distribution, marks a significant milestone in NetApp’s commitment to empowering Cambodia’s burgeoning digital economy.
The collaboration announcement was made at an official launch event in Phnom Penh under the theme “Powering Cambodia’s Data-Driven Future with NetApp.” The event brought together system integrators, channel partners, enterprise customers, and industry stakeholders to discuss the role of intelligent data infrastructure in supporting Cambodia’s digital transformation.
Driven by substantial growth in e-commerce, public cloud adoption, and data center infrastructure investments, Cambodia’s digital economy is on an upward trajectory and projected to reach USD$2.87 billion by 2027 .
This collaboration will provide Cambodian enterprises with access to NetApp’s industry-leading solutions to manage, protect, and optimize their data across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. As part of its go-to-market strategy, ICT Distribution has pledged to drive deals worth several million USD in NetApp-related business over the next 24 months, with an initial focus on the financial services and enterprise sectors, where demand for secure, resilient, and scalable data infrastructure continues to grow.
